Website completed

Tue Apr 22, 2008, 11:35 PM
I finally finished my website. Next step will be to get back to writing. In the meantime, I'll post some stuff I've written based on the Marvel RPG I play on Sundays. I'll label it fan fiction, because some of the characters involved are DC or Marvel characters, but they're sometimes the official characters and sometimes our group's versions. Anyhow, hopefully the pieces are readable on their own. If they're too confusing to someone not involved in our game, let me know, and I'll take them down or write better intros for them.

  • Mood: Tired
  • Listening to: People sleeping. I'm jealous.

  • Favourite movie: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead

  • Favourite artist: Breitweiser? Benes? Turner? Oh, no. Probably Silvestri.
  • Favourite poet or writer: Terry Pratchett, Diana Wynne Jones, Steven Brust

  • Favourite cartoon character: I like Captain Caveman. That guy had some serious enthusiasm going...
  • Personal Quote: "They sicken of the calm, who know the storm." Dorothy Parker But see webpage for others
  • Tools of the Trade: Sheer genius and a keyboard.

I stumbled across you on another site while I was desperately seeking Shin-Ra/Turk doujinshi. I seem to have taken a liking to them a few years too late--most of what I found was dead links, but I recognized the "Back in Wutai" picture from a search I'd done on DA, so I came back to check out the rest of your stuff. Some of it is too gorgeous for words!

You're very welcome. I found you from Nanjo-Koji's page. I wish there were cosplayers in my area, but until I find or raise some, I'll have to settle for the fabulous pictures you guys take. Thanks so much for sharing them!
